Salesforce is retiring Click Field Service Edge and will continue to honor your existing subscription until its end date.
What does this change mean for me?
Once your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to access Click Field Service Edge, and all associated customer data will be deleted in accordance with our Trust and Compliance Documentation.
What action can I take?
Salesforce recommends migrating to the Salesforce Field Service product, which has been the focus of our product strategy since the ClickSoftware acquisition in October 2019. To move forward, review Salesforce Field Service and contact your Account Executive to get started with planning the migration process.
What happens if I don’t take action?
You will continue to have access to Click Field Service Edge until your subscription end date.
