The Einstein Search and Answer may not be available for use.

 
Solución

There are a few reasons that Einstein Search and Answer may not be activated as expected.

  • The feature might take 24 hours to activate.  For more information, see Enable Search Answers and AI-Generated Search Answers.
  • For Search Answers, the Einstein Search Answers permission set license is required.
  • Search Answers isn’t supported in Classic Knowledge.
