When refreshing extracts of live virtual connection data sources published to Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud via Tableau Desktop, the following error occurs.

com.tableausoftware.server.status.reporting.TableauRuntimeException: This content uses a virtual connection. Virtual connections don't support completing this task for content published to Tableau Cloud or Tableau Server. Can't connect using the virtual connection "***". Be sure you're connected to the internet and signed into Tableau; that the connection exists, and you have permissions for it; or contact the connection owner.
