Amend,Renew & Cancel Assets in Revenue Cloud for migrated and manually created Assets

When assets are manually created within an org or migrated from legacy systems, issues may arise with the Amend, Renew, and Cancel functionalities in Revenue Cloud

Risoluzione
  • To perform ARC(Amend,Renew & Cancel) operation on an Asset, please make sure that Asset State Periods, Asset Action Source and Asset Contract Relationship (if contract is associated to an Order) are created as expected 
  • Lifecycle End date should be null for one time and evergreen products.
  • The field Total Initial Sale Amount and Total Quantity should be populated on Asset Action Source.  
  • Lifecycle Start date format for Asset should be in 24hr increments.
