How do I log in?
Go to my.trust.salesforce.com and log in using your existing Salesforce Help or Trailblazer credentials.
What products are currently supported in My Trust Center?
Salesforce My Trust Center supports Agentforce 360 Platform, Data 360, Salesforce AI, and Marketing Cloud Engagement. For production environments only, it also supports Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, and Salesforce Industries.
I don’t see some of my products. Where are they?
We're still migrating all Salesforce products to My Trust Center. For products not yet available on My Trust Center, continue using Salesforce Status.
Will I continue receiving notifications from the existing Salesforce Trust Notifications I’ve subscribed to?
Yes. If you subscribed to incident, maintenance, and informational message notifications for your instance in Salesforce Status, you’ll continue to receive these notifications until Salesforce Status is decommissioned.
Do my existing notifications carry over?
No. Existing subscriptions on Salesforce Status don't automatically transfer. While legacy notifications will remain active until Salesforce Status is decommissioned, we recommend setting up new subscriptions in My Trust Center now. When are the Salesforce Trust and Salesforce Status sites being decommissioned?
We’ll continue to support Salesforce Trust and Salesforce Status until migration to My Trust Center is complete, including API integration, and support for all Salesforce products. We’ll share the decommission date when we have it.
What if I have team members or partners without a Salesforce license who need to see my tenant's status?
We’re still working on a long-term solution for non-licensed users within My Trust Center. For now, those users should continue to use Salesforce Status.
What should I do if I don’t see an org I'm responsible for?
My Trust Center displays tenants and orgs tied to your Trailblazer credentials. If you manage orgs under different credentials, they won’t appear in one unified view.
