404 Error when accessing static resource

User receives 404 response when requesting a Static resource through View File link in Setup page. 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to Setup, Enter Static resources in the Quick Find box.
2. Pick Static resource in default name space and Click View file.
3. Observe 404 error on the page.

Решение

This is caused by 'Lock sessions to the domain in which they were first used' setting in Session settings. This will cause the user's session to be locked to the Lightning domain and it will be linked to the default namespace. Due to this accessing resource in default namespace(--c) from VF domain will fail. Accessing resource from Lightning domain works correctly


Steps to disable the permissions:

1. Go to Setup, Enter Session settings in the Quick Find box.
2. Uncheck 'Lock sessions to the domain in which they were first used'
