As an Inbox user who's using the Outlook or Gmail integration, how can I track emails?
As of the Summer '25 release, email tracking is now enabled when you log an email at the time of sending. To track an email, you must use the Log on Send option within the Outlook or Gmail integration sidebar.
Steps to Track Your Emails:
Compose a new email in Outlook or Gmail.
With the email compose window open, look for the integration sidebar or panel.
In the sidebar, select the checkbox for Log on Send.
Once Log on Send is checked, the Email Tracking option will become available. Ensure this is also selected.
Send your email.
Once the email is successfully logged, you can track metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
