The user is experiencing an issue where email signatures are not displaying correctly when replying to emails from Salesforce. The lines in the signature are not breaking as they should, despite the HTML code being correct.
Salesforce retains carriage returns in the Email Signature field (My Email Settings). As a result, if your HTML email signature includes paragraph (<p>) or line break (<br>) tags along with carriage returns, it may cause unintended extra line breaks.
