Agent Analytics and Data Cloud Objects

To stop Agentforce Analytics from consuming additional Data Cloud credits:

1. Log in to your Salesforce org.
2. Navigate to Setup.
3. In the Quick Find box, search for Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup (Note: previously this setting was called Einstein Feedback or Einstein Feedback and Monitoring Setup and may still be referred to by this name in some resources.)
4. Locate the Agent Analytics setting.
5. Toggle off the setting to disable data collection.

Notes:

• Agent Analytics Data Collection is enabled by default. It gathers data such as agent usage, user inputs, and engagement metrics.
• Disabling Agent Analytics will stop future data collection, but existing data will remain stored.
• You can re-enable Agent Analytics at any time, and data collection will resume using the previously retained data.
• Turning off Agent Analytics may affect dashboards and reports that depend on this data, as no new updates will be reflected after the feature is disabled.
