"Remaining Value" field on voucher object is unavailable in reports.

Description

The user is unable to find the 'Remaining Value' field on the Voucher object when updating a custom report type. This issue persists even after creating a new custom report type.

Résolution

Solution:

Created a custom formula field on the Voucher object.

Named the field "Remaining Value".

Formula: "Face Value - Redeemed Value".
