Описание

When uploading a Change Set in Salesforce, you may receive the error: "Can't retrieve non-customizable CustomObject named: [Object Name]." This error occurs when the Change Set package contains components related to standard Salesforce objects that are not customizable. Standard objects that can trigger this error include: UserDefinedLabel, ActionPlanTemplate, FlowTestResult, and LiveChatSensitiveDataRule (this list is not exhaustive).

Why This Error Occurs

Certain Salesforce standard objects cannot be customized or packaged. When a Change Set contains components tied to these non-customizable objects — for example, a List View for the UserDefinedLabel object — Salesforce cannot retrieve the object definition to include it in the package, and the upload fails with this error. The error message identifies the specific object that caused the failure.

How to Resolve the Error

  1. Review the error message to identify which object is non-customizable.
  2. Open the Change Set and locate all components related to the identified object (for example, List Views, Field Sets, or Layouts for that object).
  3. Remove those components from the Change Set.
  4. Re-upload the Change Set without the offending components.

If you need the functionality associated with that object in your target org, consider configuring it manually after deployment rather than including it in a Change Set.
