솔루션

This error occurs when the user doesn't have Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) Marketing Admin permission set, so assigning Data 360 Marketing Admin permission set to the user will fix the issue.

 

Data 360 Marketing Admin permission set needs add-on license "Segmentation and activation add-on". If your org doesn't have Data 360 Marketing Admin permission set, please contact your account executive.
