The SalesforceIQ Inbox Managed Package is no longer necessary for using the Salesforce Inbox feature. The Salesforce Inbox feature is described at: Salesforce Inbox
You can check if the SalesforceIQ Managed Package is installed, by going to Lightning Setup, and selecting the page
Apps → Packaging → Installed Packages
The package name will be "SalesforceIQ Inbox"
To uninstall the package, click the “Uninstall” link to the left of the row.
The next screen will display the components included in the package. Click the checkbox “Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated component”. Then click the “Uninstall” button.
Considerations to uninstall the SalesforceIQ Inbox managed package:-
1. When you uninstall the SalesforceIQ Inbox managed package, it will automatically remove the "SalesforceIQ" connected app since it is a component of the managed package.
2. The Inbox functionality will continue to work even after uninstalling the managed package. This means your core Inbox features will not be impacted by removing this legacy package.
