Reprocess Intelligence Reports Data

In Marketing Cloud Engagement Reports (Intelligence Reports), clients can now reprocess data within a seven-day window each day without needing to create a support ticket. You can reprocess data from any period, as long as the data has been uploaded to the platform. This feature is necessary for rare instances where a data upload was skipped or data is incorrectly aggregating (e.g., metrics are doubled).

Once enabled, a new Data Management tab will appear within the Intelligence Reports UI. From there, users can select any supported data stream (Email, Mobile, WhatsApp) and click Reprocess to kick off the workflow.
