This error typically indicates that the user lacks the necessary permissions to access a related record. However, this may not always be applicable in the context of this specific scenario.

Résolution

This error typically occurs when the user is missing the "Lightning Experience User" system permission.

To resolve this, assign the permission to the user either through their Profile or via a Permission Set.
