Community Users are encountering a web UI view when logging into the SFS mobile app, instead of the expected mobile app interface. This issue may be leading to confusion and disrupting the overall user experience, as the web-based layout is not optimized for mobile devices. As a result, users are facing inconsistencies in navigation and functionality, making it harder to perform tasks efficiently.
If Community user is using the 'Use custom domain' option to log in to the FSL app, which is not the standard login method. This led to an unintended redirection to the web UI.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
Open the app and select the 'Choose connection' option.
Enter the appropriate Salesforce URL:
For production environments: sitename.my.site.com
For sandbox environments: sitename.sandbox.my.site.com
Enter your username and password.
This will ensure that users are directed to the correct FSL app interface, resolving the issue and providing a consistent and streamlined experience.
