If you are a nonprofit and you need a trial extension, either because your trial has already expired, or you need more time to try out Salesforce, submit an email to your Account Executive. You can find your Account Executive in your Salesforce instance by clicking the Setup gear then going to Your Account. Include in your email the information below with the subject line "Trial Extension".
1) Email of the customer that started the trial
2) Org ID (or your organization’s name if you can’t access your Org ID)
3) Username
If you're unable to find your Account Executive, email the region-specific emails below:
