Description

When utilizing the server side or client side Omnistudio Document Generation, the report generates a blank page in certain scenarios.

Résolution

1) When using page breaks, please review the Page Break Considerations for OmniStudio Document Generation.

 

2) When using IF_conditions, make sure the start of the IF tag is placed as soon as the end of previous IF tag. No line breaks or spaces.

Example:
{IF_Token1}}
<content>
{{/IF_Token1}}{{IF_Token2}}
<content>
{{/IF_Token2}}

 

3) Place a static text at the end of the report so it doesn't generate a random page at the end.
