Permissions-Policy HTTP header is not enforced for external users in Experience Sites despite implementing it as per the Control Access to Browser Features documentation.
The Product Team has confirmed this is a working as currently designed limitation of the Control Access to Browser Features product and the policy is not rendered in experience site context.
Please consider either creating or promoting an Idea on the IdeaExchange so that we may see support added for this with a future Salesforce release.
