As you start your Spiff journey, we highly recommend joining an Onboarding session. Our experts provide essential considerations for a successful Spiff implementation, Spiff access details, feature overviews, and guidance on next steps.

Trailhead is Salesforce's free online learning platform that empowers individuals to develop skills in various Salesforce technologies, business applications, and soft skills. It provides a gamified learning experience with interactive modules, hands-on projects, and real-world scenarios to help users advance their careers and achieve their professional goals. Check out our Spiff badges to grow your expertise.


Participate in Community Learning

Leverage our ecosystem to go further with Spiff. Every customer can attend Spiff workshops, Office Hours, and network with other admins and partners in the Salesblazer community.

Workshops: Live, one-hour, virtual training where you can learn best practices, increase product adoption, understand key functionality, and network with fellow Spiff admin in a small group setting.

Office Hours: An open-question, small-group setting for customers to engage with the Spiff Success team and peers. Office Hours are intended to improve knowledge of the Spiff platform and customers' ability to self-service.

Salesblazer Community: An inclusive and supportive space where customers can connect, share knowledge, and learn best practices to maximize the value of Salesforce Spiff.

Get Expert Guidance

1:1 Coaching strives to empower customers to become self-sufficient and achieve sustained success by providing personalized guidance that enhances Spiff knowledge, builds confidence, and accelerates their ability to solve challenges independently.

Who Should Register?

  • Spiff admins who self-serve within Designer or have participated in other training enablement such as workshops and trailhead badges.
  • Those who have a clear and defined question about an aspect of Spiff and/or Spiff Designer.

1:1 Coaching Session Prerequisites & Expectations
Spiff 1:1 Coaching sessions are individualized, task-based enablement engagements. Sessions are intended to improve adoption of the Spiff platform by increasing our users’ knowledge and ability to self-service. 
 
Meeting Expectations/Prerequisites:

  • You will share your screen and own all Spiff updates and decisions.
  • You have experience making updates in Designer, and have completed at least some training through workshops or Trailhead.

Each session will have a specific focus. In the request form, you can choose one of the following topics:

  • General Functionality
    • Learn about out-of-the-box functionality related to topics such as Teams, Quotas, or Plans Assignments, Documents, Custom Reports, Ticket Management, Approvals, and more.
  • Designer
    • We will cover best practice topics related to data, calculations, or examples of plan components like accumulations, attainment, or carryforwards.

Once you submit a request form using the link below, our team will review your request and determine if it meets the criteria for 1:1 Coaching. If a request is out of scope, we will refer you to appropriate resources who can assist you.

Practice in a Sandbox

You can now practice using Spiff in a Sandbox to safely build, explore, experiment, and gain in-depth insights into how Spiff works. You can get critical hands-on experience building plans, statements, reports, and more.
