Steps to Sync Knowledge with Data 360

  1. Go to Setup.

  2. In the Quick Find box, search for and select Enhanced Knowledge Settings.

  3. On the Enhanced Knowledge Settings page, click Sync with Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud).

  4. On the Sync with Data 360 page, select the Rich Text Area (RTA) fields you want to include in the Data Model Object (DMO).

  5. Proceed to the next page. The data stream will be pre-selected in the default data space.

  6. If you want to change the data stream, go to Data 360 and make sure the desired data stream is created in the default data space.

  7. Click Done to complete the sync.

Lösning

If you are encountering the Error to sync with Data 360, follow these steps to ensure the correct permissions are assigned to the Platform Integration User:

  1. Go to Setup and navigate to Permission Sets.

  2. Open the permission set called Data 360 Salesforce Connector or For deployed orgs that weren’t updated recently, the permission set is listed as Salesforce CDP Salesforce Connector Integration, Customer Data Platform Salesforce Connector Integration, or Customer 360 Audiences Salesforce Connector Integration. 

  3. Click on Object Settings.

  4. Select the Knowledge object.

  5. Click Edit and Enable Read All, View All Records, and Edit permissions for Knowledge.

  6. Click Save.

Once done,please attempt to enable the Sync with Data 360 Option.
