Users can experience a problem with Einstein Conversation Insights where video recordings and transcripts are not appearing in Salesforce, after connecting a video conferencing account.


This issue may be caused by the presence of an email alias on the email address used to sync the meeting recordings with Salesforce, which could be interfering with the synchronization process.

Ratkaisu

Remove the Email Alias from the Email account.
