Description

This article explains that a lookup filter on a Related Record component will not work if the field it references is not on the page layout. To resolve the issue, the referenced field must be added to the layout of the action used in the Related Record component.

Résolution

To ensure the lookup filter functions correctly, please add the field referenced in the lookup filter criteria to the page layout of the action specified within the Related Record component.
