Pay your Salesforce invoices in Salesforce with the Your Account app or through the Customer Billing Portal.
To pay with Salesforce and the Your Account app:
Navigate to the Your Account home page and click Go to Invoices.
Select the invoice number you want to pay and click the “Make Payment” button in the upper right-hand corner.
If you don’t have a Salesforce login, or don’t have access to Your Account, you can pay your invoice through the Customer Billing Portal.
Log in to the Customer Billing Portal using either:
Your contract number.
An invoice number and your email address.
Click Invoices in the secondary navigation bar.
Locate the invoice to pay and click “Pay Now.”
If you encounter any problems and are unable to pay your invoice, email billing@salesforce.com.
