Transcripts may not appear in the Enhanced Conversation component of the Voice Call object.

This article explains how to troubleshoot the issue of transcripts not being displayed in the Voice Call object's Enhanced Conversation component.

If you're facing the issue of transcripts not appearing in the Voice Call object's Enhanced Conversation component, try the following:

 

  1. Log in to your telephony provider's system and confirm that records of successful transcription exist.
  2. Verify if the transcript is registered in Salesforce via the REST API.
    a. Send a request to the following endpoint to confirm that the transcript is retrievable.
    b. /connect/conversation/conversationIdentifier/entries (GET)
    c. For more details on the REST API, please consult the developer documentation.

If you can retrieve the transcript from both of the locations mentioned above, yet it still doesn't appear in the Voice Call object's Enhanced Conversation component, please contact Salesforce Support.
