Solución

Agentforce's inconsistent responses may stem from its inability to generate answers based on your organization's knowledge articles.

 

To address this, leverage Agent Action: Answer Questions with Knowledge for answering questions. To do this, first create knowledge records, then configure your Agentforce Data Library.
