This article explains how to address the issue of inconsistent responses from Agentforce.

Agentforce's inconsistent responses may stem from its inability to generate answers based on your organization's knowledge articles.

 

To address this, leverage Agent Action: Answer Questions with Knowledge for answering questions. To do this, first create knowledge records, then configure your Agentforce Data Library.

 

If you've already configured these but are still not getting knowledge-based answers, please re-check your settings using this knowledge article as a reference.
