If Einstein Bot fails to launch, disabling and then re-enabling the Einstein Bot may resolve the issue.
If it is not resolved, you need to verify if the Messaging Session is routed to the Einstein Bot via Omni-Channel Flow.
Check the Omni-Channel Flow configured for the Einstein Bot, verify the settings of the "Route Work" action, and confirm that the flow is activated.
The flow must be associated with the created Messaging Channel.
Follow these steps to toggle the Einstein Bot off and on:
1. Go to Setup > Einstein Bots.
2. Change the Einstein Bots toggle in the upper right to Off.
* At this point, confirm that the list of bots displayed at the bottom of the screen is hidden.
3. Please wait for about 5 minutes.
4. Change the [Einstein Bots] toggle back to On.
* Confirm that the list of bots reappears.
5. Check if the Einstein Bot launches.
Follow these steps to check the Omni-Channel Flow configured for the Einstein Bot:
1. Go to Setup > Einstein Bots.
2. Click the bot you want to use.
3. Click the Dialogs tab in the upper left, then switch to the Overview tab.
4. Click the Omni-Channel Flow set in Inbound Omni-Channel Flows.
5. In the "Route Work" action, check if the following are configured:
・Route To: Enhanced Bot
・Enhanced Bot: The bot you want to use
6. Confirm that the flow is Activate.
7. Check if the Einstein Bot launches.
Follow these steps to check the Omni-Channel Flow configured for the Messaging Channel:
1. Go to Setup > Messaging Settings.
2. For the Messaging Channel you want to use, click its Channel Name.
3. Check Omni-Channel Routing and confirm that the Flow Definition is set to the same flow that is configured in the Einstein Bot's Inbound Omni-Channel Flows.
4. Check if the Einstein Bot launches.
