Description

Tableau Cloud Management (TCM) does not currently offer a direct "rename TCM Tenant" feature. A TCM Cloud Administrator can follow the process in the Resolution section below to request a name change.

Résolution

To rename a Tableau Cloud Manager (TCM), a TCM Cloud Administrator should email customerservice@tableau.com and provide the following information:

 

  • Current Tableau Cloud Manager (TCM) Tenant Name
  • New desired Tableau Cloud Manager (TCM) Tenant Name
