Chat Icon Not Displaying in Agentforce Service

When the chat icon isn't displayed in Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud), it might be due to your Embedded Service Deployment not being published, or an error occurring in the console log.

Ratkaisu

From Setup, access Embedded Service Deployment settings and republish it.

Also, check your browser's console log for any errors.
