Salesforce Optimizer App Retirement

게시 일자: Jan 16, 2026
상세 설명

Salesforce is retiring the Optimizer app with the Winter ’26 release for all organizations on Hyperforce. Non-Hyperforce organizations will lose access to all features except the Hard Coded URL detection feature, as that's important for an organization's migration. The Optimizer app won't be accessible to non-Hyperforce orgs with the Summer ‘26 release.

This app's original purpose was to help customers migrate to Lightning Experience. Given the successful migration of most customers and the expense of ongoing Optimizer maintenance, Salesforce has decided to retire this feature and concentrate development efforts on Lightning Experience Insights.

When will this happen?

The Optimizer app is retired in the Winter ’26 release for organizations on Hyperforce. All other organizations will lose access to the Optimizer app in the Summer ‘26 release. For details of the release timeframe, including dates when your org instances will be upgraded, see Admin Release Countdown: Get Ready for Winter ’26.

What does this change mean for me?

Users can’t access Salesforce Optimizer in orgs created after August 4, 2025. Users can continue to use Salesforce Optimizer in orgs created before August 4, 2025, and until the org is upgraded to Winter ’26. The Optimizer app will no longer be available or accessible after Winter ‘26 is released to all customer instances on Hyperforce. The Hard Coded URL report (a small feature within Optimizer) will remain available on non-Hyperforce orgs.

How do I know if my org is on Hyperforce?

Check for the instance name by Viewing instance information for your Salesforce Organization and then check if the instance is on a Hyperforce infrastructure as noted in Where is my Salesforce instance located article.  The Find My Instance map contains symbols and information that'll designate "Non-Hyperforce" or "Hyperforce" when the Instance name is entered.

How do I identify affected users?
The Optimizer app isn't enabled by default for all orgs. You can check its status by navigating to Setup | Optimizer.
