Salesforce is retiring Einstein Prediction Builder and will continue to honor your existing subscription until its end date.
Einstein Prediction Builder is being retired to align with our focus on our Data Cloud strategy. This allows for more advanced machine learning capabilities and a closer connection to your data, allowing us to provide an expanded and more robust ML toolkit within the Data Cloud environment.
What does this change mean for me?
Once your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to access Einstein Prediction Builder, and all associated customer data will be deleted in accordance with our Trust and Compliance Documentation.
What action can I take?
Salesforce recommends migrating 60 days before your subscription end date or using Data Cloud’s Einstein Studio Model Builder, which has been the focus of our product strategy since 2023. To move forward, contact your Account Executive to obtain access to Data Cloud and start planning the migration process.
What happens if I don’t take action?
You will continue to have access to Einstein Prediction Builder until your subscription end date.
If you have any questions, refer to Salesforce Help or contact your Salesforce account team. To view all current and past retirements, see Salesforce Product & Feature Retirements.
