Close all Tableau Desktop versions on the client side.
Delete the existing copy of the workbook on Tableau Cloud
Open a local copy of the workbook in Tableau Desktop then republish.
Possible workarounds are to WebEdit the workbook on Tableau Cloud or upload the workbook through Tableau Cloud assuming the workbook is not corrupted.
