The default limit for active Einstein Bots in a Salesforce org is 100. Previously, Salesforce supported increasing this limit upon request. As of the current release, increasing the active bot limit beyond 100 is no longer possible due to performance and system reliability concerns.
To ensure optimal performance and maintain smooth operations for all users, the limit on the number of active bots must remain at 100. As a workaround, you can manage this limitation by either deleting or deactivating any unnecessary bots. Alternatively, you can move these bots to a sandbox environment for future use. This approach will help you stay within the active bot limit while still retaining the ability to utilise your bots as needed.
