Your Tableau Account Executive (AE) is your dedicated partner for all commercial and licensing matters beyond basic portal access. This includes making Server and eLearning license keys visible in your portal, updating or transferring product keys, managing designated contacts in the Salesforce Help Portal, reactivating suspended sites, and orchestrating license expirations and renewals (Getting Started with Tableau Cloud and Login-based License ...)
