Enhanced logging when PII is accessed via Business Manager in B2C Commerce

If you have a business requirement that requires the auditing and logging of actions that pertain to the access of PII data within Business Manager for B2C Commerce, enhanced security logging can be enabled to collect information on this access. Activating the enhanced PII logging will log an entry into the security logs when the following actions are performed in Business Manager:

1. Customers:
   1. Simple Search / press Find
   2. Advanced Search / press Find
   3. View a customer's Details
   4. View a customer's address
2. Orders:
   1. Simple Search / press Find
   2. Advanced Search / press Find
   3. Search by Order Number / press Find
   4. View an order's details
   5. Print an order
   6. View an Order's Attributes tab
   7. View an Order's Payment tab
   8. Print an Invoice
   9. View a Billing Address
   10. View a Shipment 
   11. View ‌Shipping Address 
   12. View Shipment Attributes
   13. Print a packing slip
3. Orders:
   1. Simple Search / press Find

   3. Search by Order Number / press Find
