The Tableau Bridge Client is stuck on the 'Loading Data Sources' screen and doesn’t load any of the published data sources configured for extract refreshes.
Cause:
Starting from Tableau Cloud version 2025.2.0, support for Bridge (legacy) schedules has been removed. If legacy schedules still exist in your Tableau Cloud environment, the Bridge Client may get stuck on the 'Loading Data Sources' screen.
Check whether any of your published data sources are using Bridge (Legacy) refresh schedules. You can refer to the following document to learn how to identify Bridge (Legacy) schedules and replace them with current Bridge refresh schedules:
Migrate from Bridge legacy to Bridge refresh schedules
After deleting the legacy schedules, set up new Bridge refresh schedules and run them. Once the extracts have been refreshed using the new schedules, the 'Loading Data Sources' screen in the Bridge Client UI should disappear.
