Data 360: Marketing Cloud Engagement Data Streams Troubleshooting

Description

You may get a generic error deploying Data Streams if you have a Marketing Cloud Engagement Account Type that is not an Enterprise 2.0.

This limitation is documented under Set Up a Marketing Cloud Engagement Connection in Data 360.


You may also get an error if you do not have both the Administrator and Marketing Cloud Administrator roles assigned in Marketing Cloud Engagement. See Data 360: Error "Unable to complete setup due to internal error" when entering Marketing Cloud Engagement credentials in Data 360 Setup for more information.

You may have individual streams error if you setup all bundles and all business units where certain business units do not have the feature set up. For example, if you have Business Unit A with Mobile Push and Business Unit B without Mobile Push, we will still create the Mobile Push Data Streams for Business Unit B and they will fail since you don’t have it configured.
