Users may encounter an “Internal Server Error (-632944562)” when attempting to create a record (for example, on the AccountContactRelation object) in a sandbox environment. This issue can also occur on other objects and typically affects only specific users.

Solución

This issue occurs when the user’s profile does not have a page layout assigned for the object.

Assign a Page Layout to the User’s Profile:

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Navigate to Object Manager and select the affected object (e.g., AccountContactRelation).
  3. Click Page Layouts.
  4. Select Page Layout Assignment.
  5. Assign an appropriate page layout to the impacted user’s profile.
  6. Click Save.
