Agent Analytics Reports Empty

Description

As of Mid-June, it may be possible that the Data Transform that feeds the DLO and DMO used in Agentforce Reports has been unscheduled.

 

Symptoms of this may include:

  1. Data Lake Objects / Data Model Objects associated to reports being empty or having data not covering up until the current date.
  2. Reports / Dashboards appearing empty
Résolution

Please use the following steps to verify if your Data Transform is scheduled for the Agentforce Analytics objects:

  1. Go to Data 360 (Formerly Data Cloud)
  2. Select your Data Transform Tab
  3. Set your Data Transform List View to All Data Transforms
  4. Click into a Data Transform that has Copilot in the title
  5. In the top right there's a Schedule Button
  6. If you want the Data Transform to run automatically ensure the run mode is set to Scheduled and choose your desired frequency.
