Salesforce Org Password Reset Due to Suspicious Login Activity — July 2025

Description

To help protect against the rise in phishing and social engineering threats, Salesforce reset passwords for accounts with suspicious logins on July 16, 2025. Any user attempting to access one of these orgs will be prompted to reset their password before logging in.

 

 

Resolution

If you are prompted to reset your password when logging into your Salesforce org, follow the password reset link sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, contact Salesforce Support via the Help portal. This password reset was triggered as a security precaution and does not indicate your account has been compromised.
