Companion Sync Status: Troubleshooting Guide

Error Status:
1. Ensure the Companion org is active.
2. Verify that the Sandbox org version of both the home and Companion orgs is the same.

Pending Status:
1. Verify that the Sandbox org version of both the home and Companion orgs is the same.
2. Ensure the Home org has Ingestion API Streams in active status.
- If Ingestion API data streams need activation:
    - Go to Data 360 Setup > Ingestion API > Connector Name(remote_connection_full and remote_connection_incremental) > Click 'Activate'.

Ensure that the Data stream associated with these connectors are also active.

Comparing Org Versions
1. Navigate to Setup > Company Information > Instance (e.g., GBRxxS).
2. Go to Salesforce Status.
3. Paste the instance in the search bar and enter the instance ID.
4. On the right-hand side, observe the version (e.g., Summer '25 Patch 12.3).
5. Ensure both versions are the same.You can find the org version on the Salesforce Status page.
