Agentforce: Unable to activate an agent due to error in sandbox

The user encountered an error when trying to activate Agentforce in their sandbox environment. The error message indicated that agents were still being provisioned for the organization, and an unexpected error occurred.

In some scenarios the error code is -1901745900

解決策

Reactivate the Salesforce CRM connection in the sandbox environment following the steps outlined in this documentation.

Make sure following settings are also completed :

1. Setup >  Einstein Setup > Toggle on Einstein
2. Setup > Agentforce agents > Toggle on 
3. Setup > Einstein bot is turned on.
4. Setup > Data Cloud Setup Home > Is DC enabled ?
