Currently, whenever an Order Item is updated—regardless of whether the update is made to a pricing-related field or a non-pricing field like Description—the Price Calculation Status is set to TransactionIncomplete. As a result, a Refresh Prices banner appears on the order, requiring users to trigger a price refresh.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to any Order Product under an existing Order record that is in Draft status.
Update a non-pricing field, such as the Description, on the selected Order Product.
Return to the Order record — a "Refresh Prices" banner will appearing, causing the Order to be locked and preventing users from activating it.
This issue has been identified in release 256. The functionality is currently not supported, and the product team plans to incorporate it in a future release. However, the exact release timeline is yet to be confirmed.
