This article explains the issue where the "Draft with Einstein" action is not visible in Einstein for Service.
For orgs created before Winter '24 using the old email composer, this article describes how to enable the new email composer to make the action appear.
The "Draft with Einstein" action in cases allows you to create email drafts using either standard or user-created prompt templates of the "Service Email" type.
This article applies to Salesforce orgs created before the Winter '24 release. Orgs created after Winter '24 have the new email composer enabled by default and should see the 'Draft with Einstein' action without any changes.
## Steps to Enable the New Email Composer
Navigate to [Setup] > [Release Updates] and open the "Needs Action" tab.
Find the release update named "Migrate to the Lightning Editor for Email-To-Case" and click "Get Started".
Click "Enable Test Run" in the upper right corner of the screen to activate it.
## Reverting to the Old Email Composer
If you need to revert, click 'Disable Test Run' on the same Release Updates page. Note that reverting will hide the 'Draft with Einstein' action again.
