Marketing Cloud next - User unable to access Marketing App

For Marketing Cloud Next, the user was unable to access the Marketing app despite having the 'Marketing Cloud Admin' and 'Marketing Cloud Manager' permission sets assigned. 

Lösning

1. Verify that the 'Marketing Cloud Admin' and 'Marketing Cloud Manager' permission sets assigned to the user.

2. Navigate to Salesforce Setup page.

3. In the quick find box, search App manager and click on it.

4. Search for the Marketing app with Developer name as 'EasyMarketing' and then edit it.

5. Navigate to 'User profiles' in left column. 

6. Ensure the users profile is added to the selected list and save.
