Tableau Services Manager (TSM) error occurs when you provide a bootstrap file to set up an additional node for Tableau Server.
The network connection to the node running the Tableau Server Administration Controller process was refused or timed out. Ensure the Controller node defined in your bootstrap configuration file (machineAddress and port) is reachable from this computer.
