Unable to access Chat Transcripts after Digital Engagement license expires

Description

Accessing Chat requires the Chat User feature license included with Digital Engagement. 

You will not be able to access Chat Transcript (API Name: LiveChatTranscript) records due to expiring Digital Engagement licence.

Résolution

You can export Chat Transcript (API Name: LiveChatTranscript) data using Data Export or Data Loader before Digital Engagement license is expired.
