In the Salesforce Field Service mobile app on Android, users may encounter an error message when attempting to launch a Data Capture form. The error displayed is:
"This page isn't available. Your Salesforce admin can help with that."
The issue appears to be caused by the mobile user being assigned an unsupported Euro locale. This prevents the data capture form from loading correctly in the SFS Android app.
Salesforce has marked certain Euro locales as inactive. More details can be found in the official documentation:
To resolve the issue:
Update the user’s locale to a supported locale (e.g., Spanish - Spain instead of Spanish - Spain (Euro)).
Then, log out and log back into the app. The form should now load and function as expected.
