Salesforce Field Service Mobile App (Android): Data Capture Flow Error — "This page isn't available. Your Salesforce admin can help with that"

In the Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Mobile app on Android, users may see the following error message when attempting to open a Data Capture form:

"This page isn't available. Your Salesforce admin can help with that."

Note: The screenshot below shows the error message displayed in the Salesforce Field Service Mobile app on Android when a Data Capture form fails to load due to an unsupported Euro locale assigned to the user.

 

 

 

Root Cause

This error occurs when the mobile user's Salesforce locale is set to an unsupported Euro locale. As part of a Salesforce globalization update, certain Euro locale variants (for example, "Spanish - Spain (Euro)", "French - France (Euro)") have been marked as inactive. When an inactive locale is assigned to a user, the Data Capture form cannot load correctly in the SFS Android app.

Решение

Step 1: Identify the Affected User's Locale

  1. Go to Setup > Users.
  2. Find the affected user's record.
  3. Review the Locale field on the user record.
  4. Check whether the assigned locale is an inactive Euro locale (for example, any locale with "(Euro)" in the name).

Step 2: Update the Locale to a Supported Value

Update the user's locale to the equivalent supported locale (without the Euro designation):

  • Change "Spanish - Spain (Euro)" → "Spanish - Spain"
  • Change "French - France (Euro)" → "French - France"
  • Apply the same pattern for other affected Euro locales.

To make the change:

  1. Open the user record in Setup > Users.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the Locale field to the supported value.
  4. Save the record.

Step 3: Ask the User to Log Out and Log Back In

After updating the locale:

  1. Ask the affected user to log out of the Salesforce Field Service Mobile app.
  2. Log back in.
  3. Attempt to open the Data Capture form again — it should now load successfully.
